Competitive salary. Company is large which provides stability. Employer retirement match is decent. ThrivePass benefit of $350 yearly is a nice benefit
Cons
Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits are very expensive. They are decent if you are covering just you, but if you have a family to cover they are on the more expensive side than most companies.

Good work life balance. Allows remote work and provides unlimited PTO
Cons
Specific to EverHealth
Career opportunities: First job where i noticed racism and bias stalling personal career development. Engineering org specifically has very little career growth opportunities. Once you are a senior developer, you will be given more work with zero recognition.
Culture: Blame culture is at the forefront and people are extremely scared to make mistakes. Everyday a new process is implemented and everyone is supposed to just know how it works.
Compensation: Pay is no where close to industry standards. A job switch gives a 30% pay jump without even trying to negotiate.
Diversity: High groupism among leaders. Hiring is done based on past relationships as opposed to checking on their merit. Recognition is also given based on color of skin.
Management: Every day you see a new level of incompetency when it comes to senior leaders. Everyone is looking after themselves and no one is focused on operating as a team except for a handful of managers.
