Pros

Competitive salary. Company is large which provides stability. Employer retirement match is decent. ThrivePass benefit of $350 yearly is a nice benefit

Cons

Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits are very expensive. They are decent if you are covering just you, but if you have a family to cover they are on the more expensive side than most companies.

Pros

Good work life balance. Allows remote work and provides unlimited PTO

Cons

Specific to EverHealth Career opportunities: First job where i noticed racism and bias stalling personal career development. Engineering org specifically has very little career growth opportunities. Once you are a senior developer, you will be given more work with zero recognition. Culture: Blame culture is at the forefront and people are extremely scared to make mistakes. Everyday a new process is implemented and everyone is supposed to just know how it works. Compensation: Pay is no where close to industry standards. A job switch gives a 30% pay jump without even trying to negotiate. Diversity: High groupism among leaders. Hiring is done based on past relationships as opposed to checking on their merit. Recognition is also given based on color of skin. Management: Every day you see a new level of incompetency when it comes to senior leaders. Everyone is looking after themselves and no one is focused on operating as a team except for a handful of managers.
