Was a nice place to work at for some time, wouldn't recommend at this point. - Anonymous Employee EverCommerce Employee Review

Pros

The work from home policy is very nice. Office space is nice if you're in the local area. Compensation for my role was higher than average, which was appreciated, I enjoyed working with the other employees here.

Cons

Upper management loves to talk about creating a company with culture, and then proceeds to layoff and outsource jobs. Those are conflicting ideas. Showing loyalty to this company won't get you anything in the end. After the layoffs, you will have to take on additional responsibilities. Focus is all about profits and making money for shareholders.

Pros

Good work life balance. Allows remote work and provides unlimited PTO

Cons

Specific to EverHealth Career opportunities: First job where i noticed racism and bias stalling personal career development. Engineering org specifically has very little career growth opportunities. Once you are a senior developer, you will be given more work with zero recognition. Culture: Blame culture is at the forefront and people are extremely scared to make mistakes. Everyday a new process is implemented and everyone is supposed to just know how it works. Compensation: Pay is no where close to industry standards. A job switch gives a 30% pay jump without even trying to negotiate. Diversity: High groupism among leaders. Hiring is done based on past relationships as opposed to checking on their merit. Recognition is also given based on color of skin. Management: Every day you see a new level of incompetency when it comes to senior leaders. Everyone is looking after themselves and no one is focused on operating as a team except for a handful of managers.
