Terrible Company - Anonymous employee EverConvert Employee Review

Liars from the top down. They lie to their employees on a constant basis, about pay, work hours, and work life balance. They say you can work from home sometime, but they only mean that you can work from home if you don't work for them any more. They pay terribly and lie about commissions all the time. They treat their clients like they treat their employees, lie lie lie. They require their employees to lie to the clients as well. Micromanagement, to the extreme. The management's policy is, if they aren't behind you and yelling at you, you aren't working.
