      Coworkers are good people. Growing company and opportunity to gain market share within the industry. Opportunity to make the company better.

      Cons

      Hostile office environment created by management. Lack of processes and direction. ERP system needs to be fixed. Job responsibilities constantly change. High turnover.

      Pros

      Yoga on Fridays! Variety of snacks available! Espresso Machine! This is a great environment to work in and Kelly is very understanding and accommodating when I need to pick up my child early.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn and do and not enough time to do it.
