      Pros

      Decent to great management, 40 hours per week. No on-call unless you're a manager, even then pages are rare.

      Cons

      By default, they set salary based on where you're living, and it could be higher. HR processes still developing. Largely, you're working in the client's company culture, so it can be mixed.
