Talk about values and culture change, but actions aren't consistent with words. - Nursing EverTrue Employee Review

Orientation was disorganized/unstructured & greatly lacking in content. Management was lacking in experience, unable to give consistent direction, decisions were made without fully looking into situations or thinking about long-term consequences, a lot of talk without follow-through. Communication & teamwork between departments is lacking. Some long-term staff very resistant to change or new ideas. Seem to be interested in only doing the minimum and putting their time in until they retire or find another job.
