I’m relatively new to the company, so this is a first review from the perspective of the newcomer: Everybody here has been very welcoming and helpful. I managed to be productive quickly thanks to the willingness of my team to share their time and knowledge with me. I like the culture of the team and the energy of the senior leadership. They convey honesty, transparency and capacity for driving this business. The tech behind our company is real and very cool. No kitty-sharing apps in this one. Willingness to try new technologies and tools, zero dogmas. There’s a good sense of work-life balance and respect among the team.
Cons
Having the team split between Santa Clara and Charlottesville can be tricky because of the time zones. But everybody makes an effort.
