      Pros

      Free pass to Euphoria Fest. Cold cuts and hummus two days a week.

      Cons

      Complete lack of direction. Company has been around a few years now and still hasn't figured out a successful revenue model. On a never ending "90-day sprint" towards an A round of funding with an array of different circus tricks in attempt to lure potential investing partners. The CEO has severe control issues and treats employees with no respect, but fortunately he's leaving town so that can only be a good thing for the company. Extremely low pay due to the company not making any money. Zero benefits of any kind.

      Pros

      - We're a startup based on festivals. Working on something you love and believe in with amazing and creative people. - The new office is awesome. - I feel like I have the opportunity to grow and learn new things. - Exciting to get funding from Live Nation! My mom is excited I have health insurance and now believes I work at a real company.

      Cons

      - For a while direction and roles weren't super clear, but it seems like we're getting more focused after series A. - I feel like pay is still a little under market, but better now that we have funding and about what you'd expect for the size.
