None! They are so inconsiderate and rude!

Cons

They will make you fill out paperwork. Send them everything that they need to get you started on the next project and then keep delaying it and pushing it back! They are the most unorganized, rude, awful people and company I have ever had to deal with! For paying their employees barely anything they really need to pull it together! Do yourself a favor and just stay away!
