Pros
1) Staffing is a people-business- you can only be as successful as the relationships you can build. That being said, I love the people I work with. In my branch, most individuals will go out of their way to help you succeed. 2) Right now, Apex Life Sciences is making a lot of changes that I believe will help our company grow! 3) Ability to reap benefits of what you put in. Commission! 4) Autonomy
Cons
1) Low base salary 2) Heavy focus on metrics 3) Training- with current structure, mentors are not incentivized to help new hires! Everyone is super helpful but there should be some type of compensation for those who invest their time (time away from meeting targets) on training future talent!
