Low base pay with no real support from management. The more tenured employees can be stand off-ish and sometimes flat out nasty.
Those who are top producers are allowed to get away with anything with no repercussions for their behavior. There is little to no diversity in race, gender, or sexual orientation especially in management. Management will pin you against your co-workers and call it “healthy competition”, which can get unhealthy really quickly. The way they speak about former employees, business partners, and consultants is unprofessional to say the least. It’s truly high school all over again with an extra dose of drama & toxicity.
