Pros
Great place to start working right out of college as a technical recruiter. They don't hire anyone with much experience as the salary is very low. If you're interested in sales and not promoted within 6 months to a year then get out. On a positive note they do offer allot of time off during the busy holiday season.
Cons
Low salary, poor management of recruiters in some offices, very young office staff that require constant management. Frequent turnover with recruiters.
