Made a mistake working here - Recruiter Everforth Apex Systems Employee Review

Pros

Teammates were nice, but that’s about it for positives.

Cons

Pay is on the verge of poverty, and they make it difficult to achieve promotion with their metrics. They do not come close or care to matching the cost of living if you’re located outside of Richmond. Due to a very poor pay structure you may find yourself needing to find a part time job. Unaffordable benefits until you reach professional recruiter. Account Managers have a superiority complex over the recruiters and are usually unhelpful. Forced company “culture” Upper management tells people to go back into the office while they don’t have to. Very little diversity, and in office feels extremely cliquish. Overall, a poor place to work and I would recommend not working here.
