There really aren't any except the fact that the work is very easy
Cons
The easy work comes with a super slow pace. Safety measures for 'paper cuts' and 'texting' while walking -- which is abused by seniors but written up on newbies. Unprofessional, passive aggressive seniors with no compromise or understanding. Get it done attitude even when it conflicts with their own culture ("stay safe")
