Pros
Each team has it's own manager, so you can always get help. Great support system! The office is filled with a fun young crowd that makes going to work more than just a job, but more of a environment to build close friendships. Run your desk how you want! No micromanagement.
Cons
Set numbers you must hit every week don't always correlate with what you need to take care of on your desk. High turnover rate to those for don't have the sales capacity.
