When CyberCoders first reached out to me I was hesitant about the opportunity. I had never done recruiting before but had a strong sales background. After going through a few rounds of interviews I decided to give it a shot. Best choice of my life. It all started with the awesome training I received from both the training team and my manager. They made sure I had all the tools and knowledge I needed to succeed. The culture is awesome at CyberCoders. I seriously love my job and appreciate the opportunity I was given. If you're looking for a place to have fun and make money at the same time this is the place to be! I've already referred 2 colleagues to join and I can say we are all HAPPY!
