Coming from Active-Duty Military, taking the Uniform off after 20+ Years the fear of going into a new type of work environment, atmosphere. *The #1 Pro that I feel ECS has in my opinion is a Culture! The Culture at ECS is undeniable, in terms of employee interactions, hiring, on-boarding, and environment, as I on-boarded, I witnessed several employees returning to ECS and the reason was "Culture".

Non at this time....as ECS is working to focus on how to intro New Employees to a Tabletop session for respective Company Teams, Company Groups etc.
