Pros
The higher ups in the company are always supporting professional growth and investing in their employees learning.
Cons
Limited seating on the busy in office day (when all teams are present). Not sure how it's a required day for in office attendance when there aren't enough seats for everyone. I've had to work on the lounge floor a few times being without a seat in the office.
