Somewhat laid back company. You get a work van to take home. decent pay.

NO benefits at all. Company structured poorly, not really run like a business. No room to move up and the office is in a terrible location. Still do paper checks. Safety was kind of a joke here too. Again, not run like a business, just a little redneck shop.
