Dirty and dangerous They would not take written medical excuses for absence. Even when it related to an injury sustained on the job! The attendance point system is very unforgiving. The hours are terrible. The mandatory overtime rarely worked in the employees favor and they would cut hours to keep you from reaching overtime. The overall environment was dirty with insulation hanging from the ceiling and spreading fiberglass particles. The dust from the foam used in production is everywhere. Many machines were extremely old and lacked proper upkeep or safety features.
