Pros
I've worked for several remote startup companies through the years and Everlance is the best. I'm listened to and my feedback is appreciated. As long as I have wifi and access to my computer I can work from anywhere.
Cons
Being a startup that's still growing and looking to improve it can be a little disorganized and communicating between departments can get lost but that comes with any remote company, especially if they're a startup.
