Pros

Seems Everlight accidentally adopted remote working in some departments, which is a rare benefit extended to both radiologists and non-radiologists alike.

Cons

It's all about the money: The goal is good numbers. How they are attained is irrelevant. Any cost cutting method will be deployed regardless of its effect on the (non-radiologist) staff or - by extension - the service provided to patients. This leads to staff being underpaid and overworked, a laughable package of 'benefits', and a general gravitation towards the doorway marked 'Emergency Exit'. The glowing sign above that door is about the only thing that can truly claim to be ever light, and it grows brighter every day. Make no mistake, the people who haven't left either have nowhere to go, or have no ambition. Those with belief in themselves will see it die here or will flee with what little of it they have left.

Pros

Reasonably good workplace with remote working option. Management quite supportive, though there can be plenty of pressure, overall it's a decent workplace with pretty good colleagues.

Cons

Difficult to move within the company and no growth opportunities. They also sign you 2-3 months notice period meaning you cannot find alternative jobs. Signing this notice periods puts you in unfavourable career prospect.

Pros

A fair bit to learn something new

Cons

Management has no direction and focus on the irrelevant issues. Tall poppy syndrome is prevalent in the organisation especially some who have been there many years.
