      The checks cleared. That's about it.

      Cons

      The fact that this listing contains a typo kinda says it all (ISD, not IDS). Memo to self; if every communication from the administration contains similar (not simular) mistakes and general illiteracy, it may be time to look elsewhere. From the Superintendent's lips: "Didn't you notice that we were a deficient district when you did your research on the job?"

      Pros

      I love working with children. You most definitely have to have the heart and love to deal with these children. I can be challenging but someone has to do it. Why not me?

      Working in education means you get breaks throughout the year and that is a perk.

      Cons

      Management, frequent changes in leadership, and lack of consistency leads to high turnover throughout all departments
