      Pros

      The people who work at Everstead are fun, kind, and passionate about their jobs. Supervisors and the CEO are stunning examples of how leadership at a small company should behave. I've always felt like part of the team, even during my first week.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly, so sometimes the workload gets heavier than usual. Although the extra effort doesn't go unnoticed and is duly rewarded.

      Pros

      All the employees and leadership are kind, passionate, and want you to succeed. They are a work-hard/play-hard kind of group and do everything to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

      Cons

      No matter how hard they try, snacks always run out. ;)
