Really good Company - Software Engineer EveryMundo Employee Review

I've been at EveryMundo for about 5 years, and I have to say, this has been the best company hands down that I have ever worked for. The People and Leadership team are genuine, caring, empowering, and what I love most about EM is the Culture. Everyone is very helpful, all about teamwork and getting things done. The company offers a varierty of operational frameworks which help us maintain alignment with company goals, hence, keeps us motivated and provides visibility to our contributions to the success of the company. Everyone celebrates achievements together and there is a genuine sense of connectedness amongst our Diverse teams. Our CEO & President are laid back, genuine, and truly care for the Mundos, they work hard and play hard, and are super hands on. Truly a great place to work for!
