Good entry level position - Intake Specialist EveryStep Employee Review

Working at EveryStep has been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexible schedule, which allows for a healthy work-life balance while still meeting the needs of the organization and the communities we serve. The team culture here is outstanding—my coworkers are genuinely passionate about the mission, and it shows in everything we do. It’s inspiring to collaborate with people who truly believe in making a difference and support one another along the way. For a nonprofit, the pay and benefits are very competitive, which demonstrates that the organization values and invests in its employees. I also really respect the leadership transparency—management communicates openly about goals, challenges, and organizational decisions, which builds trust and a sense of shared purpose. Overall, this is a great place to work if you’re looking for meaningful work, supportive colleagues, and a culture that values both people and purpose.

There are no cons strong enough to review.

Many dedicated workers who devote their time to give back to help the community. They mean well.

Management/Leadership is questionable. There are clearly cliques and it's easy to see who looks out for who. They are very much about transparency and integrity; however, I find it interesting that leadership does not have to follow their own policies when it comes to romantic relationships in the workplace. This is something that shouldn't even be occurring as it can damage morale and other views on the organization, but I guess leadership can do what they want.
