Pros

The pro's for me would be that it was easy to get to and working there gives you free gym access, however that really doesn't make up for it.

Cons

Mangement is useless I can honestly say I have never experienced a company who I'm sure must enjoy putting everyone down and likes to make all their staff feel intimidated, bullied and making them work in such a negative environment. It seems with this company the more you get paid the less work you have to do. All managers put down all staff as they can clearly are unable to do their job correctly. The best day when i was working there was the last day. I would honestly rather be signing on then working here.

Pros

Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

Cons

Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
