Do not work here, and don't be fooled by the mission - that is not their priority. - Anonymous employee Everytable Employee Review

Pros

Pay is competitive, but you are consistently at risk of being laid off. The mission used to be the focus, and that was an impactful time to work there, but that is no longer the case.

Cons

There is no structure, stability, clear direction, or strategy in place. The CEO changes his mind every couple of months and fires staff to find new people that fit his new vision. And then the cycle starts over again. Senior leadership has lost sight of the mission and it is no longer a priority, or even brought up in conversation beyond repeating the mission statement verbatim. Every round of layoffs (and yes there are rounds of layoffs all the time), the CEO is known to go around telling remaining staff that "we never needed them anyway, we're better off without them" - in other words, no one is valued and everyone is seen as replaceable. Promises made to their staff and the communities the company claims to serve, are broken on a regular basis. Where there was once an idea to change the food system for the better, now exists a disorganized, indecisive, oblivious leadership team that is failing to do right by their employees and their community.

Pros

Free meal when working. Decent food.

Cons

Company doesn't value employees. Management is a joke. Toxic work environment. Not enough hours. Minimum wage with no chance of a raise.
