Cons
It is a small company which brings benefits and challenges but this is dependent on your perspective and preferred ways of working. As it's a small company things can change quite quickly, which some people might not be comfortable with, but when this does happen you are party to this change and can influence it.
It doesn't have the processes, bureaucracy and politics you can sometimes find in large companies.
