Pros
Evia has changed a lot in the past year, making a lot of positive changes in the right direction. They have become more transparent over the year, which helps communicate the vision (which was lacking before). It's a vision I support, and plan on staying for a while to help see it come to life. The team has made impressive innovations and advancements in technology, and is open to continuing to innovate. And I'm proud to work for a company that truly is the best at what they do. The CEO is awesome- always kind and encouraging. The benefits are also great- unlimited PTO, cool office, great healthcare and retirement plans.
Cons
While it's getting better, there is still an element of toxic negativity here. It's a culture of people talking badly behind other's back- including from the executive and leadership teams. Teams don't always work well together, sometimes there's conflict just for the sake of pride or for the sake of "well, that's the way we've always done it." There's also a disconnect between the innovations we do externally for clients, and the processes we have internally. There's also a big disconnect between leadership and the rest of us- leadership rarely asks for feedback or for buy-in before making big decisions.
