You can do thing your own way as long as you get your tasks done in time. Casual work environment. Colleagues are young, easy-going, and full of energy. Daily work loads are quite challenging, so it's a good way to train yourself here for the first couple of years on your career path. Work/Life is pretty balance. Good office culture. Sometimes you are allowed to work from home.
Cons
Typical startup cons. Lots of projects coming in, but not enough skilled developers to finish them in time. Salary and office budgets are always too low. The only benefit is two weeks of paid holiday per year. You will need to bring your own computer at work unless you're okay with using low performance computers at the office. Messy project management and project directions. You are expected to multi-task lots of things on your own. Also, there is not many rooms for career growth.
