      Pros

      Owners are never around. One thinks they are the best (far from it) and the other is pretty laid back and will work with you.

      Cons

      In fighting amongst the owners. They stopped caring awhile ago. The ego on one of them can’t fit in the room and the laid back attitude of the other leaves a lot of room to make any position what you want it to be

      Very smart people Excellent opportunities to connect with more successful companies Provides solutions for Healthcare and distance training (webcast development)

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for advancement This company which acts as a vendor company, has too few clients to be stable and growing
