I work in the Product Design department and absolutely love my team! The creative environment is inspiring, and the people are genuinely nice. It’s exciting to work on new games and see ideas come to life.
Cons
However, the compensation is significantly lower compared to other companies in the industry. There are no bonuses or 13th salary, and the education budget has been reduced. Additionally, due to the company’s large size, organization and internal communication can sometimes feel inefficient.
