Pros
Pay is based heavily on tips. The company ensures you make at least 18/ hour but I made about 21 on average. At least 2 breaks a day (around 20 minutes per break) with a decent and spacious canteen available.
Cons
Management is limited. No raises. A bonus program that is not flexible. An overall difficult environment to sit in outside of the breaks. The lights and dead tables can be overwhelmingly harsh and boring.
