3yThank you for your feedback! All our Game Presenters receive training in how to identify and escalate potential gambling problems for further investigation by the Operator. It is important to us that each employee feels comfortable using the practices at work and we encourage Game Presenters to speak to a Manager or HR about any concerns. We pride ourselves in being a company where we give people the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, but always appreciate any constructive feedback on how we can further support our first-time Managers in their roles.
