Not overly hard work for decent pay. Customers only have chat abilities and are generally pretty easy to deal with.
Cons
Managers are nice and do their best at keeping things running smoothly. There are a couple managers that are nit picky about table talking with your colleagues and talk down to you. Which sometimes makes for a walking on egg shells atmosphere. Use a point system so every sick day you take is a point. Some of the better dealers who work hard and bring in good tips have a lot of points therefor turnover is pretty high.
