if requested you can get an early out from work which is nice. there are opportunities for advancement within the company. cool coworkers.
Cons
terrible management. pay is very inconsistent- you’re not guaranteed to be making 20-25$/hr during warmer seasons. you’re expected to be a robot, company does not treat GP’s like we’re human. very money hungry organization. turnover rate is astronomically high. faulty equipment that leads to mistakes. they hang a bonus over your head which is stressful. expected to play 4000+ games a month with 0-3 mistakes; otherwise you’ll lose your bonus. job gets boring very quickly.
