There was a certain sense of community from all employees outside of the upper managers and HR of shared exasperation, with how poorly things were run.
Cons
Virtually everything. As a leader, every day consisted of being the sole executor of daily functions. Only one senior manager seemed to care about the actually functioning, and was thus the only one capable of handling any actual responsibility. The one time the Head of Studio tried to do something actually important, he messed up everyones pay. Don't get anyone started on the atrocious turn over rate.
