Lack of leadership and human touch; the company grew really fast, and were focus just to deliver, no matter the cost; in this case, the cost was the people we lost according to the high rotation we had. HR did not work properly to understand people and provide an environment where people can grow, work and feel comfortable; about managers, they just cared about delivery, not about how we deliver, what affected a lot to ethic methods.
