      None. This is an MLM scam. Please do not fall for this. Just look up reviews of this company and everything pops up. Don't fall for the pretty perks that they try to throw at you.

      Cons

      10% cut automatically goes to your "mentor" and all they talk about is my potential commissions and I have to find individuals to sell to.

      Great pay opportunity and awesome benefits. The entire team is fun to work with - The Chief Travel Officer is a great leader and pays her people well!

      Pros

      Flexibility of working whenever you want. Personal industry discounts. Good commissions split with parent agency 80/20. Access fee ($70/month) lower than most similar companies. Lots of training videos and live meetings.

      Cons

      If you are not well traveled it can be difficult to sell. If you don’t sell, you don’t earn. Typical up line (pyramid) structure. You are encouraged to recruit people to sign up in order to add to your revenue. Monthly access fee required. Depending on whose team you are on, not a lot of hands on help
