      Pros

      The idea is intoxicating. The American dream.

      Cons

      Not willing to go the extra mile to help one get started. Yes, it is up to the consultant to do the work but to sign someone up, show them what is available and tell them to get started with no guidance is rather intimidating.

      Great pay opportunity and awesome benefits. The entire team is fun to work with - The Chief Travel Officer is a great leader and pays her people well!

      Pros

      Flexibility of working whenever you want. Personal industry discounts. Good commissions split with parent agency 80/20. Access fee ($70/month) lower than most similar companies. Lots of training videos and live meetings.

      Cons

      If you are not well traveled it can be difficult to sell. If you don’t sell, you don’t earn. Typical up line (pyramid) structure. You are encouraged to recruit people to sign up in order to add to your revenue. Monthly access fee required. Depending on whose team you are on, not a lot of hands on help
