Pros

Good for good looking females People who knows dance, can join this company, as founders are very found of dance not work.

Cons

Company is very Funny and not worth working. Company doesn't have sufficient place to sit for his employees and even doesn't have sufficient work. Company is just working on one client that's Mahindra rest all is rosy picture. Company strategy team is so bad, that they don't give strategy and they give proposal directly after 2 to 4 weeks. Even that is also copied. Ideas are just copied and pasted from somewhere. One of the founder always says that they do that type of work that is done by only few people in world, I.e developing portal..actually he doesn't go out of his cabin so he exactly don't know 'where the world is ?' Company doesn't even give visiting card to BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT team for 3 months. Travelling reimbursement get reimbursed after 3 months. Every alternate day there is new employee joining in company and founders want to see their dance and singing talent. Company doesn't even have sufficient clients and funds to survive in near future. Founders are biased to good looking girls and work talent is not considered. Founders are not even open to ideas, they just keep bragging on what they have done in past. Please think 1000 times before you join this company.
