Being good at what you do and getting it done on time = getting payed well and getting to work on the most important projects. Clients are mostly big companies and corporations. Good for personal portfolio. Friendly space. Fun work environment.

Sometimes you'll work really hard on pre-engagement specs, proposals, interviews and approvals and the gig gets dropped because the client went another way after all that work. Might pull an all-nighter every now and then. There are too many companies named Evolve Media and I think people are getting confused when writing reviews for this one.
