      Pros

      The people are great and easy to get along with. Kitchen is always stocked with Costco snacks! Company parties, lunches, and activities were fun!

      Cons

      A lot of your salary depends on the sales team closing deals. I was told when I was hired that I could make however much money I would like to and could easily make more than 6 figures. Sales was slow resulting in my salary not changing and not close to changing in the near future.

      Great culture and people. Leadership is accessible and open to feedback. Lots of opportunities to grow, take ownership, and make an impact. Fast paced environment where employees are trusted and encouraged to bring ideas to the table. Strong focus on innovation, AI, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy building and being part of a growing company, it's a great place to work.

      Sometimes salary bonus can be affected by the lack of performance by the sales team.
