Pros
- The work done by this nonprofit is good for low-income public charter schools. We helped ensure the schools were fiscally responsible and could continue to concentrate on their mission of providing equal opportunity to a quality education.
Cons
Some managers that have been there for years are terrible micromanagers that prevent their team from getting work done, regardless of how many times the team has proved capable of self-managing and meeting deadlines and producing quality results. These managers have been given feedback over and over related to this but never improve, so their teams are a revolving door of employees. - they sing the birthday song at every Monday morning meeting when someone has a birthday and it is so slow and sad! It reminds me of office space. - At best, the HR representative has consistently been uninspiring and of no help to employees.
