      Culture of people-first, both customers and employees. They invest in employee's growth. They respect and trust employees, which is so key to building relationships. And challenge them to grow and tackle new technical problems. Small teams means your contributions are heard and you truly make an impact. They choose projects they believe in. They listen to employees. They value and promote diversity. They value and promote work/life balance.

      Cons

      If you want to hide in a big business, this is not the company to do it at.

      Pros

      Exa is a wonderful workplace where the management make a genuine effort to provide care and support to their employees. As a B-Corp, Exa has a real focus in ethical engineering and sustainability that is refreshing in an engineering company. Office backs onto the river with a lovely place to sit and enjoy lunch when the weather is nice.

      Cons

      No real cons come to mind. Exa is a great place to work :)

      Pros

      Professional and caring Team from the Leadership down. Focussed on great outcomes for the customer while enjoying the work. Flexibility and respect mean that I can work in a way that meets my needs and still provide a great outcome without burning the candle at both ends.

      Cons

      Small team can have some challenges getting consistent work but that also brings opportunities for broader experiences.
