Working with Russians. When working with them, they put too much pressure. You have to work more than 10 hours every day. There is no proper plan to train the people who are newly joining the company. Have to work under Russian people. No matter how much you work with them, there is no appreciation. They only give negative feedback. When they posted about the company's vacancy on social media, it was stated that the salary would be pegged from the 3rd month of joining, but they did not do the salary paging.
