Pros
The company does make an attempt to foster a culture of fun with holiday events.
Exaktime was innovative over 10 years ago, but until recently have not devoted resources to keeping up with the rest of the market. They do still have some customers who love the platform and the systems tend to offer some great benefits to companies.
Cons
Take note of the positive reviews and you will notice they are very superficial.
The truth is that ExakTime has a culture of not trusting their employees. The company bans the use of sites like Facebook, (that does not make doing research for your job easy), the fact that supplies like paper towels are locked up to "avoid abuse" just show how little this company trusts it's employees.
If you walk thru the office you will feel the lack of energy and trust your instincts that there is not a positive vibe here. The office is run down and the owners will not spend money to update the office or any of the computer hardware for most departments. The owners pride themselves on not taking outside money to grow the business, but that lack of capital has caused growth there to stagnate.
There is also quite a bit of favoritism that seems to go on here. I saw several people let go with no notice to please others for political reasons.
