      Pros

      The salary is good like other company of the same sector. How is a little company, it's a good choice to professional grow-up.

      Cons

      Company doesn't have benefits and very polythical. You have caution what to do or what to say because some co-works can think that you are them rival.

      Pros

      Exceda is a great company that values individual performance, input, and provides a fabulous environment to be creative and advance business skills and experience. It offers a true SMB environment where the Owners are a phone call away to lend advice and expertise and encourage out of the box thinking. If you are looking for an environment where your input means something and you can be a part of a growing business, Exceda will not disappoint you.

      Cons

      There really are no cons for me, but SMB is not for everyone.
