      Pros

      The company has a huge growth, reflecting our work and development. Fun and easygoing environment. Small company, easy to make and maintain contacts to everyone, independent of their status - important for the learning and growing.

      Cons

      Few benefit policies, hard to get promotions.

      Pros

      Exceda is a great company that values individual performance, input, and provides a fabulous environment to be creative and advance business skills and experience. It offers a true SMB environment where the Owners are a phone call away to lend advice and expertise and encourage out of the box thinking. If you are looking for an environment where your input means something and you can be a part of a growing business, Exceda will not disappoint you.

      Cons

      There really are no cons for me, but SMB is not for everyone.
